Sometimes we carry stress, emotional exhaustion, difficult experiences, and responsibilities for so long that we forget what it feels like to truly rest.

Exhale Wellness Retreat is a two-night women’s wellness experience created to give you the space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step forward feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.

Set along the beautiful South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal at Mac Nicol’s Caravan Resort, this weekend is a safe and nurturing space where you can rest, reflect, connect with like-minded women, and experience wellness practices that gently support your mind, body, and soul.

Over the weekend you’ll be guided through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, reflection, and relaxation — while enjoying nourishing meals, peaceful surroundings, and time away from the everyday.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have attended a retreat before?

Not at all. Exhale is for anyone who feels called to slow down, reconnect, and experience something different. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up for yourself.

Do I need to be “good” at Pilates or fitness?

Not at all. All movement sessions are beginner-friendly and focused on how your body feels, not how it performs.

Is this therapy?

Exhale offers wellness experiences, mindfulness practices, reflection, and supportive group connection. It is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical treatment, and is not intended to be.

I’ve been through something difficult. Is this retreat for me?

This retreat warmly welcomes women who have been through challenging seasons and are looking for space to rest, reflect, and begin to heal. If you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit for you right now, please reach out before booking — we’d love to chat.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely, and many women do. Coming alone can actually be one of the most freeing parts of the experience — a chance to be fully present with yourself, while also meeting incredible women along the way.

What should I bring?

What happens if the weather changes?

Some activities may be gently adapted to suit the conditions. Our priority is always making sure the weekend feels good for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

We Understand That Life Happens

More than 30 days before the retreat

A full refund will be considered, less any non-refundable deposits or processing fees.

15–30 days before the retreat

50% of the retreat fee will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before the retreat

Refunds cannot be offered at this stage due to commitments already made with accommodation, catering, and suppliers. We appreciate your understanding.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another woman, subject to confirmation.
