The “Transformative Resilience” workshop is an 11-week immersive program designed to empower individuals to embark on a journey of self-healing, emotional mastery, and resilience-building. Participants will engage in a combination of individual and group sessions, supported by a digital community and valuable resources to guide them on their path to greater well-being.

As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor and Internationally Certified TRE Provider, I use my expertise to seamlessly integrate body and mind healing into a holistic approach. Drawing from counselling, coaching, and TRE techniques, I’ve crafted a unique blend that equips you with valuable resources and guidance. This approach not only facilitates healing but also empowers you to cultivate resilience as you navigate your life with purpose and clarity. It emphasizes the idea that transformation extends beyond the workshop, enabling you to seamlessly incorporate your newfound resilience and happiness into your daily life.

Workshop Schedule
Week 1: “Discovering Your Why”
• 1.5-hour individual session: Uncover your motivations, goals, and experiences. Identifying personal values, goals, and aspirations.
• Introduction to TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises).
• Review medical history and life history to personalize the journey.
Week 2-11: Guiding Themes for Group Sessions
Week 2: “Release and Let Go”
• 1-hour group session: Introduction to group TRE.
• Practicing stress and tension release techniques.
• Setting intentions for the journey.
Week 3: “Embracing Self-Compassion”
• 1-hour group session: Self-compassion and self-love practices.
• Understanding the mind-body connection.
• Starting the journey towards emotional healing.
Week 4: “Cultivating Resilience”
• 1-hour group session: Building emotional resilience.

• 1-hour group session: Narrative therapy and reframing techniques.

• 30 minute Individual check in.
Week 7: “Finding Joy in the Present”
• 1-hour group session: Practices for cultivating happiness.
• Gratitude and joy exercises.

Week 8: “Nurturing Connection”
• 1-hour group session: Building meaningful relationships.
• Strategies for improving communication and empathy.

Week 9: “Empowering Self-Expression”

Support and Resources you get on this journey:
- 1,5 hour Initial individual session, plus 30 minute individual check in in week 6.
- 10 x 1 hour group sessions
- Weekly short video on that weeks theme with additional optional tasks.
- WhatsApp group for real-time support and community connection. Sometimes things come up in session or in your own practice that will be curious to you. I make myself available to support you in your learning journey with TRE® &Yoga between our meeting times.
- Wisdom and coaching around obstacles that arise in your practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I have reservations about participating in a group setting?
I’m here to address any concerns you may have and help you decide what’s best for you. We offer private sessions as an alternative. You can explore different ways to engage with this program by clicking here.
What if I don't believe I've experienced trauma?
You don’t have to identify with trauma to find value in TRE®. While TRE® originated from trauma work, it has since been widely adopted in various contexts globally. All you need is a human body and the desire to experience a new calm, as TRE® stands for “tension release exercise.” It’s a practice that can benefit anyone, regardless of their trauma history or background.
If I can't attend the first class, can I still enroll?
The first session is your individual session to be booked in the first week at a suitable time for you and the provider. It is essential it takes place prior to the group session.
It is important to note that this program is not designed as a drop-in class; it’s a series of sessions where our collective participation over time enriches both individual and group experiences.
The first individual session and the first group session play crucial roles in establishing the foundational content (as mentioned above) and fostering group connections. If the first group session doesn’t align with your schedule, you’re welcome to join our waitlist for upcoming offerings. Rest assured, this course will be made available at least twice a year, and we may offer it more frequently based on demand from our waitlist participants!
What should I wear for the classes?
Opt for loose and comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Our sessions will include light exercises and stretches, so wearing attire that lets you move freely is ideal
Who should not participate in the workshop?
The TRE group class may not be the most suitable setting for individuals dealing with severe trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, burnout, serious health conditions, or those who struggle with self-regulation (difficulty calming down when emotionally distressed). Additionally:
- PREGNANCY: We do not recommend learning TRE during the first trimester of pregnancy.
- RECENT INJURIES & SURGERIES: It’s advisable to allow your body a minimum of 3 months to heal after surgery or a significant injury before engaging in TRE.
