Join us for a transformative experience at our free introduction to TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) session on Saturday, February 24th, at Bodylicious Pilates & Barre Studio in Umhlanga. This 2-hour workshop is designed to acquaint you with the benefits of TRE, a process that activates the body’s natural shaking or vibrating reflex to release muscular tension. By calming the nervous system, this technique helps to alleviate deeply held tension within the body. During the session, we’ll explore the history of the method, guide you through the exercises, and provide a safe environment for you to experience the process. Many participants of TRE® report increased feelings of peace and well-being afterward.
